As one who gives fake money to spend on real actions and allows you to easily keep track of everything. I would also like to be free. I am 16 and am interested in the stock market and how it works and all links to good sites would be much appreciated.

there are various stock picking contests, like the one on msn.com that allow you to build portfolios and track them over time.
also bloomberg lets you build hypothetical portfolios, but most people don’t have access to a bloomberg terminal.
You are asking the wrong question. It is called paper trading.
I haven’t done it myself but I heard you could use yahoo finance for starters or google other providers. There are also competitions in some business school that provides this platform.
